Returns Policy

1. REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

Our company makes sure that all our products are packed correctly and carefully so that they reach you without damage. However, in some rare cases it is possible that the items may either be damaged during shipping to you, or you may receive a defective product. For these reasons please check the products carefully upon receipt. If you find any damage or a defect, then you can return the product free of charge and we will send a new product. Finally, if the wrong product is sent to you, we will replace it with the correct product or refund your money if you wish.

2. CHANGE OF PRODUCTS

In case you wish to exchange your products, you can return them within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt without return shipping charges. The return to us will be made with the indication “Recipient Charge” in the name of our company, with the ELTA Courier shipping company. The shipping charge for the new product is two (2) euros.

3. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

An order can be canceled in the following cases:
Before completing the online order process, you have the option to remove the product quantities from your cart by pressing the remove (-) button.
If your online order has been completed but not yet shipped, you can contact us and one of our associates will proceed to cancel your order.
